I recently stayed at a hotel in Bahrain and while our experience started with a few unexpected surprises—some services listed on Booking.com were not exactly as described—everything changed thanks to the incredible support of Mr. Roney Ferrão, one of the hotel managers. From the moment we shared our concerns, Roney stepped in with genuine care and professionalism. He listened attentively, took immediate action, and went above and beyond to ensure that our stay became not just comfortable, but truly memorable. What could have been a disappointing experience quickly turned into one of the most pleasant stays we've had, all thanks to him and his dedicated team. Roney transformed what started off as a potential nightmare into a dream stay. His attention to detail, kindness, and commitment to guest satisfaction are truly rare. Our first time in Bahrain. From check-in process, the excellent staff Mr Roni and Mr Sofar were very warm and welcoming. Our room has very nice view of iconic Manama buildings which really amazed us. The bed was soo amazingly comfortable. We had egg benedict for breakfast and the breakfast staff that can speak Malaysia language was very helpful and even made us teh tarik 🥰 We took some time to relax at pool area with some coffee and juice after breakfast which definitely facing an awesome and serene view. We really love every moment spent in this hotel. Thank you so much for the great hospitality 🥰 Will definitely come back again!!

I do not wish to mince words. This is the best option for those who want to relax and have fun with friends. The hotel management dealt with me and my girl friends professionally. They provided us with privacy. Security was present throughout the night around the chalet. There is a nightclub nearby. Quite good. Guest service was at the level of six stars, smiling and smiling. The reception desk is the icon of this hotel. They are the best ever. The swimming pool was clean and the kitchen had everything you need. I fell in love with this place ♥️

This is my second time in this hotel, the staff is very helpful and friendly, we love the room and view The breakfast is delicious It's my second time, and for sure, not the last The best hotel I ever visited in Bahrain One thing only I wish they chang the baby crip.. otherwise everything is 👌 I booked it this time to celebrate my birthday. I wish they arranged something for us or gave me a discount ... I recommend
